When Alejandre got sick, she was at the top of her game.  Literally.  She was a professional soccer player!  Being ill, however, forced her to change everything - to re-think her purpose and re-design her life.  

A cancer and heart attack survivor who today still struggles with lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, PCOS, and other health issues, Alejandre is nevertheless the Founder and Chair of the Annual Women in Business Conference and Ball, the CEO of Matrix Media Consulting Group, and an inspiration to business owners everywhere.  

We all face unexpected challenges, which cause us to question everything.  So how do we take those experiences and turn them into something else - something better If necessary, how do we go so far as to reinvent ourselves?

In this first month of 2019, Alejandre will blow us away with her inspiring stories of triumph over adversity, self-transformation, receiving help when you most need it, recognizing it when it comes your way, and living a life that works for you.

About Alejandre Richards

Alejandre Richards is the CEO and Owner of Matrix Media Consulting Group.  She is the Founder and Chair of the Annual Women In Business Conference.  Richards brings 200+ women together to learn how to master their businesses and sustain longevity in a continually failing economic society.  

Alejandre is a product of New York City.  She was born to Immigrants from the island of Barbados in the Caribbean.  She was a professional athlete playing Soccer, Field Hockey and Rugby nationally and internationally.  She subsequently owned three Semi-Pro Soccer Teams: The Orlando Falcons - Women’s Soccer Team which played in the WPSL, The Orlando Falcons Men’s Soccer Team - which played in the PMSL and the Thomasville Lay Jackets, which later became the South Georgia Jackets. 

Her career spans far and wide including Doctor of Optometry, Director of Marketing, Officer in the USAF, and now owner of her business for 22+ years.  She's most passionate about helping women understand how business works and know how it can advance their growth.

Event Policies

  • Full event price is due if you wish to attend any portion of an event or if you choose not to eat dinner.  In fairness to all, no exceptions. 
  • If you've pre-registered but are not able to attend and if you email us no later than the Monday before the Wednesday event, your event fee may be applied to a future event. We are required to provide a headcount to our caterer in advance, so a credit of your pre-registration fee to a future event will only be granted during the open pre-registration period.
  • When registration closes online, payment can only be made by credit card at the event registration table.
  • No refunds are offered post-event for any reason.
